These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text messaging program operated by Middle America Homes (“Middle America Homes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Middle America Homes uses SMS to communicate with people who request information about selling a property or otherwise contact us. Messages may include:

  • Follow-up on your inquiry about selling a property
  • Requests for additional property details
  • Scheduling calls/appointments

  • Customer support and general communications related to your request

We do not send emergency messages.

3) How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Middle America Homes in one of the following ways:

  1. Website Form Opt-In: You provide your mobile number through a form on our website (for example, a “Sell My House” form) and affirmatively consent to receive text messages by checking an opt-in box with the required disclosures.
  2. Keyword Opt-In: You text START to one of our phone numbers to request messages and begin receiving SMS communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Participating carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers (subject to change). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10) Changes to the Program or These Terms

We may change or discontinue the SMS program at any time. We may also update these SMS Terms. The “Effective Date” above indicates the latest revision. Your continued participation after changes means you accept the updated SMS Terms.

Information collected in connection with this SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy:

12) Dispute Resolution / Governing Law
