Day 1 – Getting Started

The Seller Experience - Getting Started (Step 1)

Day 1: Getting Started

Welcome to Middle America Homes’ Easy Cash Program! By choosing us, you’ve taken the first step towards selling your home with ease. Here’s what you’ve accomplished so far:

  • Commitment: You’ve decided to sell your home through our program.
  • Purchase Agreement: You’ve authorized a purchase agreement, laying the groundwork for the sale.
  • Payoff Authorization Form: This crucial form has been completed or will be sent to you soon, allowing our partnered title company to verify that there are no outstanding debts on your property. This step ensures that we can secure title insurance, protecting both parties in the event of any previously undiscovered debts.

Next, we’ll need to arrange access to your home, which is our final step before moving forward.

Day 2 – Access and Property Condition Evaluation

The Seller Experience - Property Evaluation (Step 2)

Today’s focus is simple:

  • Lockbox Placement: A lockbox will be mailed or brought to your property. You’re asked to place a key inside for secure, yet easy access by our team. This process ensures that our property evaluations can be conducted without needing to fit into your busy schedule.
  • Property Evaluation: Our team will conduct a thorough evaluation of your property, utilizing 3D photography for a virtual walkthrough and, if necessary, an in-person inspection for detailed assessment.

This evaluation is a key part of our process, designed to minimize the need for multiple visits and streamline your sale.

Following Steps

After the evaluation, there’s a brief waiting period of about a week while we work behind the scenes. We’re coordinating with our trusted partners to finalize the details and get you closer to final sale of your home.

Acquistion Partner Walkthroughs ( 2 week)

The Seller Experience - Acquistion Partners (Step 3)

This step is vital for us and our investors to ensure the property meets our mutual expectations. Although we sometimes skip this step, it is often required to confirm the property’s condition firsthand.

Closing!

The Seller Experience - Closing (Step 4)

We’re nearing the end of the process and are now scheduling the closing. You have the option to close at a physical location or via a mobile notary, whichever suits you best. Our commitment is to keep this experience stress-free for you, right up to signing the closing documents and finalizing the sale of your property.
